Can I see what my child talked to Buddy about?
Yes. The parent dashboard shows a full transcript of every conversation, sorted by date and tagged by topic. It is PIN-protected and only accessible to you.
How do I set time limits for PocketPals?
In the parent dashboard, go to Time Controls. You can set daily and weekly limits in minutes. When the limit is reached, Buddy lets your child know it's time to take a break and stops the session.
What happens if Buddy says something I don't like?
You can review every conversation in the parent dashboard. You can also use Content Filters to block specific topics — Buddy will refuse to discuss them. If you find something concerning, email support@pocketpals.app and we will review it within 24 hours.
